The Power of Connection
This project started with a conversation at a Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce networking event in February 2025. That’s where we met Neva, a licensed massage therapist with 20 years of experience and owner of Custom Kneads Massage Therapy.
But this wasn’t your typical client onboarding. Before we talked shop, we booked massages — and they were unforgettable. Neva’s skill, presence, and professionalism left a lasting impression, and when she trusted us to help tell her business story, we were all in.
A Powerful Transformation in Just Months
Since March 2025, our collaboration has helped Custom Kneads grow and glow:
- 🎥 We created 3 promotional videos — concept, filming, audio, editing — all in-house with a two-person team.
- 🔧 We revised Neva’s logo for flexible digital use.
- 🌐 We optimized her Google Business Profiles for both locations.
- 📸 We edited and enhanced photo content for digital platforms.
- 📈 Neva went from 2 total reviews to 16+ 5-star reviews across platforms.
