Music is the heartbeat of your film. Because of copyright laws, we license professional music that fits the emotion of your day. We ask you for a “vibe” (e.g., acoustic, indie, cinematic, upbeat) and select the perfect track to match your story. If you have a specific song meaningful to you, let us know, and we can check if it’s licensable!

Seamlessly. If you hire us for video and another team for photo (or vice versa), we coordinate with them beforehand to ensure we never block each other’s shots. We pride ourselves on being a “discreet & professional team” that works well with everyone to make your day stress-free.

Absolutely. While we are based in Middletown, CT and Haverstraw, NY, we love to travel. For weddings within a 2-hour drive of our hubs, there are no travel fees. For destination weddings or locations requiring overnight stays, we simply require a standard travel stipend to cover lodging and transport.

Yes, we are a fully insured LLC. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your venue. This is standard for luxury venues, and we have you covered.

We pride ourselves on Fast Turnaround Times. While the industry standard can be 6 months, we deliver most galleries and films within 4–8 weeks, depending on the season. We also send a “Teaser” within the first week so you have something to share on social media while the excitement is high.

We offer Raw Footage as an add-on (included in the Platinum Collection). Raw footage is the unedited, uncolored video files straight from the camera. Most couples prefer our polished, color-graded edits, but if you want the archival files for safekeeping, we can deliver them on a hard drive.

You will receive a personalized, high-resolution online gallery where you can watch, download, and share your photos and films directly with friends and family. For our Gold and Platinum couples, we also provide a physical USB keepsake.

To be fair to all couples, dates are only secured with a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer (typically 50%). The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding.

Yes! While our Silver, Gold, and Platinum Collections cover most weddings, we know every celebration is unique. If you are planning a multi-day event, an elopement, or a destination wedding, just ask—we are happy to create a bespoke proposal for you.
